How long does it take for DAT's to arrive at schools?

I was just wondering because some schools received my DAT scores and I just took it August 30th. I thought it took 2 weeks for some reason. This is just a question if you know the answer. LOL..😛

I thought I read on ADA's website up to three weeks. Plus we had the nice long weekend to slow ours down a bit.

Well thats weird b/c I called a school today and they knew my scores...umm?

Sent July 12th, most of schools received mine, but there still couple ones didnt. 🙁

some schools download your scores directly from the ADA. That would be the only explanation.

I am going to fax my unofficial score sheet to all of the schools I am applying. I will let you know how that works out.

It takes 2-3 weeks. mine were sent aug 20-24....and schools have only been recieving them in the past couple of days. some schools ask for unofficial faxes, while others d/l them.

I think all schools have online access to the DAT scores which you record in your online AADSAS application. So, theoretically, almost immediately!

But, whether a school chooses to use this feature is another story. I am sure that some schools have a paper application process which works very well for them and they see no reason to switch to a online or computer based system.

I took the DAT after submitting my AADSAS application. Exactly two weeks after taking the test, my scores were sent to schools. In the meantime, I faxed my scores to any school where I could find a fax number (some were appreciative, others specifically said not to fax them in - e.g. KY).
