How long does it take to get acceptance letter?

Hi, I just had an interview from Mercer 3 weeks ago.
The assistant there told me that It won't take more than 3 weeks to get an acceptance call, but I still haven't received any letter yet.
Usually how long does it take to get an acceptance letter after an interview????

Is there anyone know about this??
