My paperwork was submitted to the Army HPSP board on Tuesday 4/6 and I was wondering if anyone knew how long it normally takes to hear back. I tried calling my recruiter but all I got was his voicemail.

My recruiter submitted my packet at the beginning of February and I got the official word at the beginning of March.

Thanks for the info, I guess I'll have to wait a few more weeks.

You may find out sooner than that even. I would call your recruiter middle of next week to find out. They will find out sooner than you will receive official word from the board.
Thanks I'll post what I find out when I find out.

Well I got accepted into the HPSP program. Found out today, just waiting for my waiver for my LASIK to go through.

Congrats! I ended up waiting 6 months. Veterinary students only go to boards once a year, and I got OML'd (second in line). We have to wait until they re-assess funding from open medical spots to find out if we get in (3-year vet spots are really competitive). I boarded in mid April, commissioned in late October. That was quite the wait.
