How long for verification, in your experience?

Does anyone know if the 3-6 week time variation for verifying applications is correct. That seems so much longer than AMCAS, they say 3 weeks at most.

Are there certain months than are known to flood worse than others? How long did it take yours?

Yeah took me just over 4 weeks

I submitted 6/2 so it will be 4 weeks tomorrow and still not verified. Hoping it happens soon. You can check out the verification thread to see the average trend.

I think the people who submitted during the beginning of May slipped by with less than 4 weeks but now that the application season has really begun to start rolling, more people are applying so we're seeing a longer time it takes to get verified. Wish I submitted earlier!

Yeah, mine took about 4 weeks and I submitted on June 1st. The longer you wait in the cycle the longer it takes to get verified. I had 2 friends that applied last year. the one person applied june 1st and it took 4 weeks to get verified. The 2nd person submitted the 3rd week in june and it took 6 weeks to be verified. Whenever you apply, I doubt it'll take more than 6 weeks tho (but I'm sure there are people out there that have horror stories regarding how long it took to process their apps lol).

I applied In august and mine was about exactly 4 weeks..but yeah the longer you wait the longer it'll take...not like you haven't heard the cliché of applying early
