I have seen pharmacist whos been with the company for 20 plus years gets moved from a comfy low volume store to a super high volume, undesirable store because the store techs and PIC dont like her. supposedly shes super lazy and slow according to the techs.
Eventually she quit and the position opened up and got dozens and dozens of applications lol.
