How long is the WREB valid in California?

I passed the WREB almost 10 years ago, is there a validity anyway? What’s your reference please concerning California state? I passed it but never applied for license in California, I was busy working abroad.
What about National boards is there a validity?
I’m considering to apply for the license now..
