how many answer choices per question on the mcat?

Is it 4 choices (abcd) or is it 5 (abcde)? Im assuming 4 since that's how my review books are but I want to be sure. Thank you 🙂

The questions with answer choices A-J were always the worst. And they usually had some of the shortest vignettes.
