couple questions for you undergrads:
1) how many credit hours do you take on average per semester?
2) how many science class are you taking?
3) how many of those have labs?
4) how many hours do you study on average per day?

Assuming you are really asking what is a good amount of class/lab and study hours, then Ill write this:

Take between 12-16 credit hours/semester.

I'd usually have at least 2 science courses per semester, but deoending on major, that can be more or less

As far as labs, it doesn't matter, as long as you get them done. What does matter is getting good grades, so makes sure not to overload a semester. Depending on your school and the subject, you can get in over your head quickly adding multiple classes with labs in a single semester.

Above everything else....get good grades. Everything else is much less important than getting a good GPA and then a good MCAT.

hope that helps

1. On average I have 14-16 credits a semester. I'll have 16 credits upcoming fall and 17 next spring.

2. On average 2 sciences, a math and some other gen Ed course. So that'd make 2 labs. Next spring ill have 3 sciences and a core course, it'll be 3 labs. Organic 2, physics 2 and bio 2.

I find studying some material the same day of the lecture, even it's just watching TV while making a few flash cards makes the weekend studying/test time a lot easier and so can spend less time overall. However not the case for gen chem and math as repetition is the key for maths.

You are taking your MCAT soon i suppose? How many months did you/ have you spent studying for it?
