I'm wondering what you mean by this... if you mean AAMC's practice tests, then there's a total of 9 practice tests to buy and practice for your pleasure... if you're talking about how many tests AAMC has for the actual test, then we can just say they make new ones for every upcoming test date. Every test will be different for different test dates and times.
