I simply went the ol' retake route w/ my DAT. Ended up getting better scores (from 18/18/19 to 20/19/25) and was accepted this cycle after graduating last spring. I really didn't do too much extra other than that. I had a solid app to begin w/ last year, but I knew that my DAT score was a stumbling point.

I have a feeling I will need to re-apply. I noticed on Western U's 2ndary app that they said re-applicants don't need to submit LOE's again. Is that the same way for every school? I am gonna hate having to bother my old profs for another letter. But I'm not giving up on dental school. I love dentistry and I know this is what I am meant to do. 🙂

atleast my professors saved the recommendation letters. Its probably the same case in your situation. Just ask them. I've been using the committee so I dont have to ask for LOR's again.
