Are there any easy, gimme question on the MCAT per section? I've seen some really easy questions on the AAMC Practice exams and I was wondering if on the real thing they have a similar breakdown of easy/medium/hard questions?

Yeah there are def a few.. Just like the practice exams.. Questions that ask for units..or very simple concepts.. Atleast on my PS section. (june 18 pm) however the BS section seems to lack the gimmees that the practice aamcs have..

You can choose to view your test depending on difficulty determined by AAMC.
I think there are only about 4 hard questions and the rest are medium/easy when I grouped it by difficulty.'

Of course what they call easy, medium, and hard will vary among different people...

It's just so hard to tell...because someone who is really good at one subject may get a bunch "hard" questions in that subject, but they handle it well. Then they get "easy" questions dealing with subjects they're shakey on. That's the making of a fantastic score right there.

But on the other side, what if you get hard questions where you're shakey? And the easy questions are the subjects you know best? Very frustrating.

The answer: don't be shakey! Be solid!
