How many EC's did you list for each section in your dental school application?

In your AADSAS online application, how many activites did you list for each section? I understand that quality matters more than quantity but I am not sure if I am making mistakes putting only significant EC's. I listed only one or two activities for each section (volunteering, extracurricular activities, dental related experience, etc)
