Js Curious, How many hours I should have before I apply, in all categories clinical,research, volunteering, etc. Thank you!

Clinical exposure, 200 hrs
Non-clinical volunteering, 200 hrs
Shadowing, 50ish hrs
Research, depends upon what your goals are. Gaining enough hours to at least learn what the scientific method is should be a start.
