How many HPSP scholarships each year?

Does anyone know how to find information about how many HPSP scholarships are given out by the Navy, Army and Air Force each year? I realize it changes each year but I just want recent statistics on how many have been given out in the recent years.

Well, that being said, there is already some information out there including the Navy's statistics. I just would like to know the Army and the Air Force's as well. If your implying that it won't be published since it is war time then thank you for the information!

As for the Army, I was told from a very reliable source that this year there are/were 250 army hpsp scholarships, all of which are expected to fill.

Here at BOLC for the Army, The BG in charge of Army medical said that the army has 300 slots open for HPSP every year

yet in times of peace its completely ok for the enemy to know?? this questions has been asked many times and I'm sure if the enemy really wanted to know they could find out quite easily.

Typical numbers

Army - 300 (has been as high as 350)
Navy - 225 + HSCP 25
Air Force - 200

Much depends on funding. Depending on how many people are in the program, how many have had delays and fallen into new (and unplanned) fiscal years, how much money is available to pay the bonus. They will have to lower the number of scholarships to meet the funding level. Part of HPSP money comes from reserve funds and the medical side has no (or very very little) control over this pot. It is usually the limiting reagent.
