1) 3.5 cGPA, 3.53 sGPA
2) 35 MCAT
3)Applied to 28, filled out secondaries for 23 (IIRC)
4) 6 MD II, 2 DO II, so far accepted to 1 MD, waitlisted at 4 MD, 1 MD decision pending. I withdrew from the DO interviews.
5) Tip: The thing that seemed to get me a lot of interviews were my secondary responses. I was fairly specific with what direction I wanted to take my future career in and where my interests in the field lie. Most of the schools I interviewed at had quite a few similarities in their mission and what kind of applicant they were looking for. Also, apply early. My friend applied last year with virtually identical stats, but didn't start doing secondaries until late September. They got 5 interviews, waitlisted at all of them, and then accepted into their state school in June.
Another friend of mine basically shot themselves in the foot by submitting their AMCAS late as well this cycle, and thus far only has one interview. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to get your AMCAS and secondaries in early. You don't want to be in a position where you have an otherwise strong application but end up with nowhere to go because you applied way after everyone else and classes have already filled up.
