Think past professors, advisers, pre-med club sponsors, etc

Get 5 Letters from past professors to be safe. I am kidding. Don't do that. Be proactive and call the schools and ask them exactly what they need. You can learn a lot about a school by speaking to admissions.

Exactly. I believe one or two schools only require a LOR from a podiatrist, but I think most want at least one other from another source.

My school made us get a certain amount of letters and evals prior to going through committee, 1 doc letter(one from a Podiatrist), 1 science and 1 non science. It definitely helps both the counselor and the schools to grasp a better understanding of you as a worker, student and person within different environments and fields of study. Most if not all schools require a LOR from a podiatrist, correct me if I'm wrong. Its always best to go through committee since they send everything together as a package including a recommendation from the pre-health advisor as well. Hope this helps!
