Since the new AMCAS pilot program makes this more easier and more confusing since every school is different. So I have 7 recs that I want to send in: 2 non-science, 1 science, 1 committee from a post-bac, and I've had 3 PIs. I feel like all my letters are strong especially from my PIs/supervisor. The problem is aside from the 1-committe letter, the rest can come in one packet from the career center. Should I just send them all to every school. I don't want them to be annoyed by having to look at extra recs, but at the same time I wish they can just read the amount they need and disregard the rest if need be.
Any suggestions? I think my options are to keep them all or just dump one non-science letter, or send two separate packets from the career center with the better ones in one packet, sending different things to different schools

Also, is sending your Science recs from your post-bac program ONLY frowned upon?

I tried searching for this question on other threads, but no luck, so if someone can just paste a link as well that would be appreciated.

Does your committee letter not send your LORs in a packet with it? That's at least how my university does it. They have all my LORs, they are reviewed as part of the credentials evaluation, and supposedly our advisor sends what he considers the strongest 3 along with his evaluation letter. Kind of takes it out of my hair.

I would stick to what the schools want if you have to send it on your own: 2 science letters, at least one from your major, and one out of major. If you're a post-bacc/grad student/non-trad you need one from that experience. That is just a generalization, it may differ for some schools.

I'm not exactly sure, but he will include them in a "packet" with his main letter on top. I think in my post-bac he combines all the letters of which I have 4-5 from science instructors of the program into a letter. Now, since many schools indicate that "if you have a composite/committee that only counts as one science," I am going to have that be one on its own (uploaded to AMCAS). the other letters coming from the career center are from undergrad and PIs which has no committee.
