How many more days do we have to submit our primary before the "lateness" begins to affect our chances in any way?

I'd say submit by mid/late July to be early. After that your just "on time." Getting too close to September/October I'd be worried about being late. Ideally i think you'd want your secondaries in by September at the latest, but I'm not sure that's just the final deadline I'm setting for myself.

This is a muuuuch more lax timeline that what I've gathered from reading other threads. Anyone else have input?
I feel as if I can definitely get mine in before July; the current issue facing me is when in June to submit. I think I can have it done by the 23rd, but I would feel slightly rushed if I did that. The 30th would feel less rushed and give me time to mull over things more, but I feel as if that would be the point at which my chances are slightly diminished at some schools that like to do things early in the cycle.
