How many programs to apply to with failed comlex step 2, but passed usmle step 2

Hello all, I was hoping to get some advice regarding my situation.
I failed my step 2 COMLEX miserably after having a bad day.
I passed COMLEX 1 : 465
Did not take USMLE 1
Passed USMLE Step 2: 204 (85)
Failed COMLEX 2, will retake.

I plan to apply to both Osteopathic and Allopathic Internal Medicine Residencies, and hope to go to one which matches their residents into fellowships well.

What is a good number of programs to apply to? Should I focus on the allopathic match since I passed USMLE?

Also, would you recommend releasing USMLE scores to Osteopathic Residency programs?

Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
