Internal medicine DO resident applying to competitive internal medicine fellowship. Average COMLEX level 1, above average level 2. Significantly below average step 1 (sub 210), step 2 mid 230s. Academic university IM program. Decent amount of research. All things being equal, am I better off reporting USMLE or just reporting COMLEX for fellowship apps?
