How many questions are there usually of Neuro?

I've heard that Neuro isn't too high yield of a topic, so just curious. I know nobody can say for sure, but just trying to get an idea from the knowledge of previous test takers. When I did NBME 7, there was a good chunk of Neuro on there. I'd say atleast 12-15 questions for sure. However, my CBSSA probably had 4-5 questions, max.

Who ever told you it isn't High Yield was wrong. There is a lot of neuro - probably more than you think but it isn't the entire test. I'd say there were about 1-3 questions on every section (so ~15-20 questions total) about 2/3 of them were anatomy related for me. They give you an example of a patient and then ask you where is the lesion in the brain.
