How many questions can I get wrong to score a 19 in the bio?

About 8 or so.

What about 10 or 9?

9 or 10 should be fine, but I think might depend on the "grading curve". For example, if the test was hard and people didn't do well, then maybe you could get 12 wrong and still get a 19.
