i am looking for the file that shows how many seats available for instaters and out of staters, and how many students accepted from out of state.

It depends on schools. You can find those information online.

Usually the pharmacy schools post their class size and the percentage of out of state students on their websites. You can figure out the actual number from there. Remember to round down since they don't accept 0.4 of a person.
