Recently cut my commute time down from 1 hr to 10 mins. Outside of individual ED factors, this has substantially improved my work related quality of life.
If you want to decrease burnout, decrease your drive time. And yes I know you can call people, listen to podcasts, etc, it’s what I used to do, but it’s not as good as doing those things at home.
