How much did your score improve from your first full-length practice test to your actual exam?

I'd like to get a feel for how much effort it takes raise a score.

507 on AAMC FL1 to 516 on the real deal 8 weeks later. That was after 6 months of studying content and doing AAMC questions (500 on initial half-length diagnostic). ~700 total hours studying

From what I've seen you should expect to study 40-50 hours per point you want to increase
