Every year in residency I did really well on ITEs. All 3 of my score reports said I had a 99% chance of passing. How much/do I have to study? I finished all 5 years of PREP in residency. Is it reasonable to cram/hardcore review immediately for 10 days?

Am I going to be okay with just intensive review week before boards?

My advice is to take boards seriously. They are difficult even if you did well in residency. It does sound like you've done quite a bit of prep already, so good job on that and it makes things easier. I also think it's a shame fellows aren't given some protection to adequately prepare for them given how expensive they are. You are the best judge of you and I do think PREP questions are the best ones to prepare, just make sure you read the whole answer even if you get it right. Do the best you can with the time you have. Study as much as you can and try not to get sidetracked by other things until you're done. Get a good night's sleep beforehand. Good luck!

I would agree with a couple of the comments here.
a) take boards very seriously.
b) however, probably doable to cram/do intense studying for 10 days. I didn't study at all until 2 weeks prior (not even PREP like you have done), but I asked for vacation in those 2 weeks so it was uninterrupted studying for 15+ hours per day x 14 days.... I passed. Did I wish I had done it differently and planned my time better? Yes. Did I have time in my fellowship to do that? No. Do I care now that I'm board-certified? No.
