How much does ACR Select (or other decision support tool) Cost?

Just wondering if anyone knows how much ACR Select or another similar Clinical Decision Support Mechanism (CDSM) costs? It's going to be supposedly required by 2020 for hospitals but I can't find anything about how much these things cost online and I'd rather not pose as a fake customer just to find out. Is it a yearly subscription fee or pay per click model?
