How much content is missing from the examkrackers phycology/sociology content books? I noticed they don't talk about fmri,mri,pet and cat scans.

Do all the khan academy videos for psychology/sociology. This will cover any additional information/theories that are missing. Also, do the aamc FL's and section bank(especially this). They ask questions on information not found in the EK books and really make sure you won't be taken by surprise on test day.
