How much is rent for a psychiatry office in a big city?

I was curious today as to the normal rent rate of an office for a psychiatrist, say in Los Angeles California, or other big cities. How does that compare with smaller cities? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Too variable. Rental costs in Houston will be MUCH different than NYC.
