That vision thing in First Aid (the homonymous hemianopsias) is ON YOUR TEST.
The corticobulbar fibers and where they cross, etc.
Epidural and subdural hematomas are ON YOUR TEST - they may be vignettes or pictures, but they will be there.
Subarachnoid hemorrhage.
