Overall how much does a general ob/gyn operate as an attending? I know this can vary widely, but what's average? Once a week...once a month?

Well I was told that you should expect to do 18 months of OB and 18 of GYN (mostly surgery) and then some internist stuff, as part of residency.

It terms of attendings, I have been with a few OBGYNS that did about a day and a half of GYN surgery, and the rest of the week was office or OB on call.
