I would only really consider three of my activities as really meaningful. I also currently am mentioning two of those in my personal statement. Do you guys have any overlap between all of these essays? I mean, it does make sense that in my personal statement, what I most want the committee to know is also some of the most meaningful experiences. Thoughts?

Try not to repeat much of the information in both the PS and MM. Where it's unavoidable, use new vocabulary to express your thoughts.

You might keep the description and role in first 700 characters of the the Experiences area, anecdotes & impact or future plan in the MM area, and other anecdotes with insights in the PS, or some variation thereof. Also keep in mind that you don't have to use all 1325 characters in the MM space if you run out of things to say. Better to keep it succinct than to become repetitious.

My personal statement was about a specific encounter I had during one of my MM's. So, my MM said what I did while in the position in the first 700 characters, and then the extra 1300 characters I used to describe the most important things I learned overall from that experience. Then, in the PS, I talked about how my specific encounter had broad reaching impacts on why medicine for me personally. The PS was obviously way more prose-y than the MM descriptor.

So I think that if you do that MM included in your PS, then it is indeed possible not to be repetitive, because I did not repeat any ideas from my MM in my PS aside from the name of the place I volunteered.

Hopefully this helps!

There is some overlap for mine, but I made sure that I addressed another aspect of why it was most meaningful in the MM section

2 were new
1 was repeated, I changed the verbiage.
