How much time do you guys spend on paperwork? I am a pre-med and want to be as realistic with the day-to-day as possible. The thought of performing surgery and changing patients' lives seems very satisfying- however, how much of this is followed by loads of paperwork? I am asking because I am getting the sentiment that medicine is becoming too regulated and the paperwork is excessive.
