I will be finnishing my second year of university in april. And was wondering when I should schedule my OAT for after final exams. How much time did you guys spend studying?

Your going to get a variety of answers for that question.....
It really depends on how comfortable you are with the material that is going to tested on (i.e. how much you recall from your undergrad classes, etc...).
It took me roughly three months to really prepare for the exam. I know that for some people on this forum, it only took a month or two months.....for me, personally, I did not want to be put into a situation to have to retake the exam...and thus studied for a longer period of time.

depends on how many pre-reqs you've finished. if you've just done all the chem/ochem/physics then it's still fresh in your mind. I was out of college for a year and studied for 2 months before taking the oat. I guess all the info was still floating around in my head somewhere because I didn't do horribly as I thought I would! 😀
I would suggest getting an old kaplan oat book or something and flipping through to see if most of the concepts are familiar and then plan from there.
