How often do new practice test come out?

Do you think a new one would come out this coming year? Also, there are 9 available practice test for the MCAT. How does this compare with other tests? (like LSAT...ACT...etc..). It seems low to only have nine practice tests.

nine seems like too many. they should get rid of a couple.
