Does anyone know how old MCAT has to be for applying?
If I apply for year 2010 does 2006 MCAT work or do I have to take the MCAT Again?

I think they require that you take the MCAT within 3 years before you matriculate... so I think you'd need to take a more recent test.

Yes, and the exact parameters are printed in the MSAR, I just checked & many schools will allow as far back as 2006 MCAT scores for this app cycle, some only accept after April 2006.

If you've taken the MCAT in 2005 and retake it in 2009, do they still see your 2005 scores even though it's past the 3 years?

Thank you all
I may retake it again if I will plan to apply later again to medical colleges.
