Hello hello
I'm testing Jan 20th and I wanted to get a feel for how representative Kaplan tests are. My goal is to score at least 500 with 125 in each section (higher is always better though). It seems like my scores are not as consistent as I would like them to be. How should I go about looking at my scores as a whole? Is my goal realistic? Anyone who has already tested and/or using Kaplan, I'd love to hear from ya. I plan on taking AAMC 1,2,3, %, and possibly Kaplan FL 11 prior to test date. For anyone testing soon, best of luck were almost there. Happy New Year.

Full Lengths

Kaplan 1: 498 125, 123, 126, 124
Kaplan 2: 507 127, 126, 128, 126
Kaplan 3: 504 126, 125, 127, 126
Kaplan 4: 502 125, 124, 125, 128
Kaplan 7: 506 126, 125, 127, 128

Section Tests
C/P 8: 126
CARS 8: 125
CARS 9: 126
CARS 10: 124

Goal score 500? What kind of goal score is that? Come on man. Anyways, you're looking good so far and can probably achieve 510+ but you won't have any idea until you take an AAMC FL. Good luck!

Thanks, ill consider reposting or adding score once I've taken AAMC. Haha I've been accepted into a med school and thats the minimum I need to matriculate next year.

Kaplan scores are really deflated. I am taking the course right now and I've never managed to break 510. I got a 519 on my second AAMC practice so I wouldn't make any judgement on how you will do until you've taken the AAMC ones.

AAMC 1: 512 129, 127, 129, 127

Woo woo, shocked but happy. Always room for improvement. I've read on here that AAMC 1 is the hard test? I found it fairly easy compared to Kaplan.

Yea I just finished AAMC 1, I found it less difficult than Kaplan but always room for improvement.

Kaplan tests are more difficult and one of the least representative tests on the market.

I scored 4 points higher than my highest Kaplan exam but I only took 3 of their exams. They're better than Princeton ones but I preferred NextStep and aamc over them.
