JUST NOW submitted primary....so it will take forever to get verified. I'm a re-applicant, should have learned my lesson about applying late, but obviously did not.

3.6cGPA/30 MCAT

Bolded for truth.

The only thing you can do is pre-write your secondaries and turn them around in one day. At least you will have access to all of the prompts from this year.

If you don't mind me asking, why did you apply so late?

honestly? fear. trying to get it done right, then not doing it at all because i was afraid of not doing it right. note to all: just do it.

It's a shame you didn't listen to this advice in your first cycle and this cycle. Oh well.

You have a negative 10% chance at getting an II. Good luck.

If you had better stats, you would have been completely fine but your grades are pretty crap as well

It's going to be a tough cycle, but if you applied to the right schools and lots of them, it's possible. Do your best to have every secondary pre-written and cross your fingers.

I think it's over before it starts. Re-applicant + average scores + late application = kiss of death

This can all be negated though if you're applying to like 40+ schools

Agreed. Just hope for the best OP.

Would this person have a chance at osteopathic schools, if they applied to them? Their stats are pretty good from what I've seen in comparison to the averages of DO schools.

if you want in this this time, you need to submit to aacomas

im a reapp too and i was afraid, but that only made me wait 12 days after opening (submit 6/22)... not 2.5 months....

best of luck OP, hope you applied broad and DO

Your verification took 2.5 months and you submitted in June? I think you were exaggerating, but I thought that it was unlikely to go over 2 months, even if you submitted late.

He said he didn't wait 2.5 months to submit the primary, not that his verification took 2.5 months.

Why are you a reapplicant? The reasons for denial last year will tell you if you should apply early or late the next cycle.
