I would not include it, to be safe. 150 clinical hours is not worth jeopardizing your application.
Don't include anything negative. It's just not worth.

How seriously do med schools take ec verification?

-I just got kicked out of the internship and they told me they can’t verify any of my hours because they don’t know if I “falsified” all of them.
-Can I still use these hours when I’m applying to med school or are they all lost?
-They also emailed me saying that they can verify a start and end date but they won’t verify my hours.
-She also said they would never disclose why they kicked me out/why my hours were voided. Does this mean I should still put this on my app?

Some schools verify every critical EC. Many schools do spot checks. Some verify only those activities that seem a bit off. Are you feeling lucky?

What would an institution do if an activity was found out to be falsified/exaggerated? curious as I've never heard of this, but I'm just a dumb med stud.
