Hi,
I am new to this site. Just finding information and ideas of what steps to take next.
I am a non traditional premed student with a baccalaureate in psychology. I have a low gpa (2.75). I was sick for a few years and now I am at my best. I am 30 years old and married with full support from my husband to go Bach to school. No kids yet. I want to go back to school to become a DO because I do believe in the whole person approach.
I have heard of others with lower gpa who have gotten accepted into DO school because they went back to start over.
What are some recommendations as far as either to get a second b.a. or masters?
I started taking prerequisites like Trigonometry this summer and plan taking chem 1 + lab and physics 1 + lab next semester.
Should I continue the DIY route or should I do a second b.a.or masters?
What are some recommend steps ?
Thank you in advanced for your reply and please give me core hard truth on what to do to with that gpa
.
