why teaching hospitals and university hospitals will always make more profits than non-academics ones : like when the developer tells warden norton: "this pool of slave labor you have can underbid any contractor in town !" --- obviously analogous to medical students, residents, and volunteers working for free or for a pittance while bringing millions of dollars in profits for the hospital.
