How to access online version of the BCSC?

For residents and those who get a print copy of the BCSC from their programs, is there any way to access the searchable online version of the BCSC? I figured I would field this question with people who may have figured this out!

You need to purchase the online access separately. It is discounted if purchased together (digital + print), so they may let you pay the difference if your residency purchased the print version.

At least that's how it was circa 2015.
