I took physics 1 a year ago so I remember very little of it. Luckily, I hear there isn’t much physics 1 involved in physics 2. I wanted to use some of this break to start studying before the semester starts, but I’m honestly unsure of which resources to use. What websites would you guys recommend for physics 2?

No websites or anything, but something I found really helpful for physics II specifically was YouTube videos and practice problems. Lots of them

The textbook theory was really boring and hard to understand, so I stuck to coordinating lectures + YouTube vids to supplement.

Best of luck!

Not a popular opinion (for some reason), but you take notes for a reason. It's worth pulling out your course notes (even if from a year ago) and read through them. This will not only refresh the material, but also pull back memories of class. I'd use this as a starting point. From there, it should be obvious what your weak points are (i.e. is it everything? only static friction concepts? etc.). Then, a basic review book should give the rest of what you "need." YouTube videos are, as mentioned above, an excellent free source.

It's sad that most of us do not remember much, if not any, of what we learn in undergraduate studies. I still have my college notes around (mainly because I'm a pack-rat...they're about a decade old at this point...) and will peruse them from time-to-time out of boredom and sometimes if I'm really curious and don't feel like googling.

It may be worth asking your professor for some practice problems (if they aren't provided in class) that mimic the problems provided on exams. Apart from that.....pray? (almost kidding.)

I loved using Khan Academy for MCAT studying, so I'm sure their AP Physics videos are great too!

It may sound simple, but I think the best formula for success is putting as much as you can into Anki and doing practice problems for everything else.

Study for the test, not physics. Learn how and what your professor tests.

You can read the textbook, view videos on YouTube/Khan Academy, and be sure to practice lots of problems. Be sure to understand the concepts and not just plugging numbers into equations.
