How to Address LOR

Hey,
I have a letter writer who is not familiar with the process ask how to address his LOR. Is there any standard advice out there?

Things I have thought about: to who it may concern, to the admissions committee ...

Any thoughts would be great.

"To whom it may concern" is fine and it's a typical LOR salutation.

Assuming you are in undergrad, refer them to your pre-health office. The pre-health advisors at my school are happy to help with this kind of thing.
