How to be an awesome 4th year on audition rotations?

Okay, after reading quite a bit of negativity 👎 on the intern vs. MS3 front, how about any of you out there giving some advice on how to do not just well, but awesome on 4th year "audition" rotations. I know that doing them is good, doing really well is important and doing poorly can be detrimental.....but I would greatly appreciate any specifics!! 😎

Simple. Show up early, stay late and know your stuff.

There really is no secret to it. Work hard, thats it.
