How to become an ortho assistant

Iam a dental graduate from asia,and doing my Post graduation in orthodontics,i would like to enter USA as an ortho assistant ,can any one pls assist me with their idea as how to fulfill it,or anything related to it..

should i give any exam? or should i take any course in USA?if so where can i obtain neccessary info regarding it..

Come to Las Vegas, NV, you don't need any sertificate or anything in that order. Just probably some initial training. And don't anticipate that you will find a job very easy, but it is worth trying.

Thank your IVAN BG and BLACK BEAR for ur replies, so where and how to apply as an ortho assistant, i mean are there any online websites to apply for ortho assistant or in which news papers can i find that info.now i came to New jersey to visit my brother on visiting visa and in what way can i convert my visiting visa to working visa,so pls help me with many possible suggestions.
