When I calculate Overall GPA's, do I factor in undergrad, Post undergrad and graduate grades together?

No. Undergrad averages include postbac. Grad GPA is separate and not considered until after you're screened on undergrad numbers. The strict definition tends to be what degree you're seeking when you take a class.

Look on www.aamc.org, under AMCAS, for the application instructions, such as which classes constitute science.
