How to collect LORs?

As a reapplicant, I plan to apply to DO schools as well as MD schools this cycle. I therefore need a LOR from a physician for the DO applications. I have a DO I plan to ask, but I only want this letter submitted to DO schools and not MD schools. The problem is my school's LOR service sends all letters in our file to all schools. How should I send this extra letter to DO schools? Would it make sense to set up an Interfolio account and have her submit her letter to that, and then submit my school's LOR packet as well as this letter from Interfolio to schools?

Also, are there letter services other than Interfolio that applicants have used with success or are preferable to Interfolio?

I hope that this is worded in a way that makes sense; I would appreciate any feedback!

Yup use interfolio to submit the DO letter. VirtualEvals is similar. Everyone I know has used Interfolio
