Are you a foreign trained dentist who recently graduated from an advance placement program in the U.S.?

Imposter syndrome is something many of us experience throughout our careers in dentistry. As clinicians, we are continually learning and refining our skills, and this feeling tends to diminish over time. My advice is to focus on the procedures you enjoy and feel confident performing. Continue pursuing continuing education courses related to those areas, and with time, your confidence will grow, and those feelings of self-doubt will become less frequent. That’s the most valuable advice I can offer.
