got a 22 first time (10 6 6)
got a 28 second time (11 6 11)
waiting on third score tomorrow ~~!

if this doesn't go well, i really don't know what to do
i have a 3.8+ gpa and good EC's, graduating in june

-should i take a 4th time and apply next year?
-should i take a 4th time and apply this year?
-should i forget about USMD and go carribean?

DO>Carib.

The only thing 'wrong' with your 2nd score was the verbal. If you managed to work on that well enough, you should be set.

Also, wait for your score before driving yourself up the wall.

Calm yourself.

I second that, go DO before you go Caribbean.

Also, you probably did fine this last time, 28 is not a "failure" by any means (as long as other things are solid). The bottom 10% is a 27 for MD schools, so it's not impossible to get into med school with a 28. You probably improved on this last one anyway.

update tomorrow, you might get a 30+ :luck:

yea i hope...anthony weiner's "scandal" is keeping my mind off the mcat lol

but u guys wouldnt go with 4th attempt for possibly another MD school chance?

or just apply to DO and carribean?

btw im just learning about the DO philosophy, and it sounds awesome.

i keep seeing everywhere that they are different because they treat the "whole" patient. Does this mean that MD's do not? i don't get it.

Take things one step at a time. You don't have your scores yet. Take the next step once you have your scores. You could very well have scored a 13/15/13:soexcited:, so don't beat yourself up just yet.
